This project was a full outdoor transformation for a brand-new home in Rancho Mission Viejo. Starting with bare dirt, we installed premium grass complete with an underground sprinkler and drip irrigation system for effortless maintenance. To manage the property’s grade and ensure long-term stability, we engineered and built a two-tier stone retaining wall with professional drainage behind it. In the courtyard, we laid down a beautiful 4-piece grey charcoal paver system, tying the entire front and backyard together. The result is a stunning, durable, and functional outdoor space that feels like a true extension of the home.
