This project involved two next-door neighbors who were both battling dead lawns, poor drainage, and flooding due to off-grade landscaping. We tackled both properties as one comprehensive job—leveling the terrain, correcting elevations, and installing proper drainage systems beneath beautiful new synthetic turf. The shared solution not only resolved water pooling issues but also dramatically improved the curb appeal and usability of both homes. Now, both families enjoy dry, green, and gorgeous yards all year long.
